Installation Issues
Unable to Install? Check for the following.
1. Latest Flash Player is installed (if not, you can get from here
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=DXLUJ
2. Latest ActiveX Control is Installed.
If not, use the following links:
For 32 bit:
http://aihdownload.adobe.com/bin/install_flashplayer11x32ax_gtbd_aih.exe
For 64 bit:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/pdc/11.1.102.55/install_flash_player_ax_64bit.exe
3. If you are a Vista user

2. Latest ActiveX Control is Installed.

3. If you are a Vista user
- Right click on Ace2Three icon and click on run as administrator.
- Inappropriate and abusive language directly or indirectly to players and/or Ace2Three. Please bear in mind that Ace2Three will not tolerate any kind of chat abuse.
- Turnoff the user account control (UAC) of your computer. (Administrative privileges may be required) To do this go to "Control panel/ User Accounts" and uncheck the "User account control to help protect your computer" and click. "OK" Button. You can turn on UAC after upgradation..
Incase you still have issues after performing the above, please uninstall Ace2Three and verify there is no folder called Ace2Three under C:/Program Files/ and clear your browser cache and re-install the latest client from http://www.ace2three.com/downloads/Ace2Three.exe
