1. How do I start playing?

You just need to create an account at Ace2Three with a unique nickname, password & a valid email id. To create an account, click here.

2. I am not able to login to my account on Ace2Three.com. What can I do?

Please check if you are entering the right nickname & password. In case you have forgotten your nickname/password, click here.

3. I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

To reset your password, you will need to click here. Once you enter your nickname/email id, a mail will be sent to your registered email id with further instructions.

4. I have forgotten my nickname, what should I do?

To retrieve your nickname, please write a mail to info@ace2three.com from your registered email id.

5. Why do I need to give my email id?

You need to provide us your email id so that we can send you account related information, exciting offers etc. Players at ace2three.com get in touch by sending mails from their registered email id. Hence it is essential for every player who registers at ace2three.com to give his/her email id.

6. Do I need to provide a valid email id?

Yes you will need to provide a valid email id and preferably an email id which you use regularly.

7. Why do I need to confirm my email id?

You need to confirm your email id by clicking on the activation link sent to your registered email id. That way, we can verify that the email address doesn’t belong to someone else.

8. What is the difference between Regular Player and Premium Player?

Regular Player – You can register and start playing the free games using play chips. You need to be atleast 18 years of age to play free games and become a Regular Player.
Premium Player – After you purchase real chips you become a premium player on Ace2Three. You need to be atleast 21 years of age to play games with real chips.

9. How long will it take to get a reply from you?

We will reply back to you within 1 day.

10. Can I change my nick name in Ace2three?

No. You can not change your nick name at Ace2Three. Hence choose something which you can easily remember and at the same time doesn’t reveal your identity. (This nickname will be visible to other players when you play games)

11. How can I change my password?

You need to click on the Profile section on the left panel after you login to your account and then click on the Change Password section.

12. I am unable to edit my details in my profile, what should I do?

You will not be able to edit the details provided in my profile section. In case you want to edit some details, please contact our customer service team by emailing at info@ace2three.com.

13. How can I win real chips without purchasing real chips?

You can participate in the free roll tourneys to win real chips.

1. How do I make a Purchase?

You can purchase real chips by paying through credit card, debit card, internet banking, pay by cash on delivery, MOL & Cash Cards.

Yes. You can use your bank’s internet banking feature to make a payment. You will need to pick the Netbanking option and enter your user id & password to proceed further.

4. My account has been debited but the payment is not reflected in My Account. What should I do?

In such scenario, we request you to kindly contact our Customer Service Team or write to us at membership@ace2three.com from your registered email id.

5. What is the minimum amount I need to pay to play as a premium player?

You need to purchase a minimum 100 real chips to play as a Premium Player.

6. How can I win Real Cash on Ace2Three.com?

Winning real cash is easy, just login to your account on Ace2Three.com and Buy Real Chips. These real chips can be used to play real cash tournaments. After winning, Real Chips can be redeemed for CASH through the website.

7. Is my money safe with Ace2Three.com?

8. How can I purchase real chips by cash?

You can purchase real chips with cash by clicking on Pay by Cash option. Once you click this option, our agent will come and collect cash from your doorsteps.

9. When will real chips get updated in my Ace2three Account after cash is given to your agent?

This process takes 1 hour after you have handed over the cash to our agent.

10. What is purchase limit?

Based on the number of games a player plays on Ace2Three, he/she has a Daily/Weekly/Monthly Limit for purchase of real chips. The purchase limit for each player daily is Rs 5000, weekly is Rs 10,000 & monthly is Rs 25,000.

11. How can I increase my purchase limit?

Games & Tourney

1. Cannot connect to your server, what should I do?

There are many reasons for this to happen, but most prominent one is internet disconnections. In case the problem persists despite proper internet connection, please send us a mail to info@ace2three.com ffrom your registered email id mentioning the problem in brief.

2. The game doesn’t open when I start the program, what can I do?

This problem can occur due to some installation issues. To check some common installation problems, click here

3. How many games can I play in a day/month?

There is no limit on the number of free games you can play on Ace2Three.com. However the purchase limit to play real games for each player daily is Rs 5000, weekly is Rs 10,000 & monthly is Rs 25,000.

4. What happens if I get disconnected in the middle of a game?

If your internet is disconnected in the middle of a game Auto Play will be enabled for that particular round. In Auto Play mode the system will take a deck card and discard the same card giving you an opportunity to join back in the game as soon as you are reconnected thus avoiding unwanted count of 50 and 80.

5. I get disconnected very frequently while playing game. What should I do?

In case of frequent internet disconnections, please check with your internet service provider. Please don’t download anything while playing the game. This makes the internet connection weak and might lead to disconnections.

6. What measures does Ace2Three take for Collusion / Fraud Protection?

Ace2Three implements the following strict rules to ensure a fraud/collusion free gaming environment.

  • Before the game starts

    Seating is random, and no seat is prefixed for any game. Players, therefore, have no control over selection of players on any table.
    To shuffle cards, the Random Number Generator used by Ace2Three has been certified by iTech Labs, an IEC/ISO 17025 accredited testing laboratory. Click here to view the certificate.

  • During the game

    Information about the playing cards is always encrypted, thereby preventing any third party from viewing the same.
    Anti-fraud algorithms track every move (selection of cards, discards, melds, shows) by every player on every table round the clock.
    Necessary checks have been implemented to analyze if 2 or more players are colluding during the course of a game/tournament. An alert is automatically raised if there are any signs of collusion. Suspected games are carefully scrutinized; if collusion is confirmed, accounts of players are blocked and their funds seized. The players who are affected by collusion will get their chips refunded to their Ace2Three accounts.

  • After the game ends

    Players suspected of collusion are blocked from playing at the same table for life

7. Where can I report if I feel two or more players are colluding?

You can report collusions while playing the game itself. There is a Report Problem link when the game is in progress. Please mention the player nicknames whom you think are colluding so that we can check the same and take necessary steps wherever needed.

8. What are Multi-Table Tournaments?

Multi Table Tournament is a format that invites large numbers of players to compete against each other.

9. What is a Jumbo Tournament?

Jumbo Tournaments are a variant of Multi-Table Tournaments. It’s basically like a race, where all participating players start with equal no. of chips and play Rummy for a certain amount of time. The player to have the maximum chips in the end wins the tournament.

10. How can I play the Tourney ?

You will need to Register for the Tourney and you will need to join and play the Tourney at the specified time.

11. How can I register for the Tourney?

Tourneys can be found inside Multi Table Tourneys Tab. Click on the Join button at the right hand side of the screen and click on Register to book your seat for a particular Tourney.

12. What is a Regular Freeroll and a Premium Freeroll Tourney?

Regular Freeroll tourneys are for Regular players who play with Play chips and Premium Freeroll are for Premium Players who play with Real Chips. (by playing with real money).

13. What is Premium Freeroll and Premium Buy-in Tourney?

In Premium Freeroll the entry to the tourney is free whereas in Premium Buy-in the entry is charged.

14. I am a Premium Player now, why is that I am unable to register for a Regular freeroll tourney?

Premium players cannot take part in Regular Freeroll Tourneys, however they can take part in tourneys held for Premium Players and win more cash.

15. What are tourney chips?

Chips that are used to play tourneys are known as Tourney chips.

16. What is rebuy in a Tourney?

If a player doesn’t have required tourney chips to qualify to the next level, he/she will have an option to re-buy the same.

17. Where can I view the details of the Tourney ?

Players can find each tournament's specific start time and other relevant details inside the Multi Table Tourneys Tab.

18. If I win a tourney what will I get?

Winner in the tourney will receive real chips in his/her Ace2three Account.

19. Can I redeem my tourney winning chips?

Yes, Premium player can redeem the tourney winning chips but Regular players have to play minimum of 10 real games to redeem tourney winning chips.

1. What is a Bonus?

Bonus is an additional benefit which you get for buying real chips on different occasions at Ace2Three.com.

2. What is Wagering?

The amount which you pay to start playing for real money is called wager. You may not play with the entire amount but initially you wager a particular sum.

3. Is it mandatory to enter a Bonus code?

Yes, Bonus can be availed only by entering applicable bonus code while making purchase.

4. What are different types of bonus?

  • Welcome bonus for the players purchasing real chips for the first time
  • Special/festival bonus is an event based bonus and is offered during different times of the year

5. Is the bonus directly added to my real chip balance?

No, Bonus issued will be in pending status and the same will be released based on wagering condition.

6. How can I get my pending bonus?

Pending bonus will be released based on the wagering condition.
Wagering condition: 100 real chips will be released for every 500 real chips wagered.

7. What is the process to refer a friend?

Below are the Steps to refer your friend and earn Bonus
Step 1: Login into Ace2Three with your username and password.

Step 2: Click on the Refer & Earn button and choose your Email Provider/ IM / Social Networking and start inviting your friends.

Step 3: An Invitation email will be sent to your friends.

Step 4: Referral has to click on the link provided in the invitation email and register on Ace2Three.

8. How much bonus will I receive if I refer a friend?

On referring a friend you will receive 1000 real chips.

9. I have received only 500 after referring a friend when will I get remaining 500?

Remaining 500 will be issued as and when your friend wagers

10. Why didn’t I receive referral bonus for referring a friend?

Ace Points FAQs

1. How do I earn AcePoints?

For every 100 Real Chips you wager, you earn 1 Ace Point.
For example, if you play a game with Bet = 1000 Real Chips, you will earn 10 AcePoints.
Similarly, if you play 10 games with Bet = 50 Real Chips, you will earn 5 AcePoints.

2. How do I receive my AcePoints?

AcePoints are calculated on a daily basis and are automatically added the following day. Please login to your account and click on ‘AcePoints’ to check your AcePoints balance.

3. How long are the Points valid?

AcePoints never expire as long as you keep playing Real Cash games.

4. How do I keep track of my AcePoints?

Ace2Three has a dedicated section in My Account that shows all information regarding AcePoints. Please login to your account and click on ‘AcePoints’.

5. How do I become a VIP Player?

You become a VIP Player the moment you reach Platinum Level. Players belonging to Platinum and Platinum+ Levels are considered to be VIP Players.

6. How do I upgrade my Reward Levels?

You are automatically upgraded to the higher Level once you earn the AcePoints required. Please refer to the table below to view the AcePoints required for each Level.
