If you do not agree to the updated terms and conditions you may terminate your use of the Service by notifying us that you wish to terminate Your Account (as defined below). Your continued use of the Service or the Software will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the changes to this Agreement. |

| 3. Membership Eligibility |
| Our services are available to, and may be used by any person above the age of 13. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage to verify that minors are not using the Service and we may exclude a person from play if proof of age is not provided or if the Company suspects that a person using the Service is under-age. |

You should ensure that you have read and understand the rules of the affiliates available through the Service (the "Affiliate"). You agree to abide by the rules of each of the Games as published and periodically changed on the Site (the "Affiliate Rules"). These Game Rules form part of the Agreement and can be found on the About Games page of the website. Please read them now before using the Service and Site.
We may, from time to time, make additional Services available. This Agreement will apply to any such Affiliate Rules. We will let you know about, and give you the opportunity to read such Rules at the time additional rules are introduced to the Site.
We reserve the right to determine the Referrer and the Referral. We don't take any responsibility if a referral is reffered by a referrer, but not registered under the referrer. In case of any dispute regarding the count of the referrals the count given by our system is considered as the final count. |

| 8. Cashout |
Cashout can be done only in conditions specified by Ace2Three. Ace2Three reserves the right to change the conditions from time to time with/without the any prior notice. Ace2Three reserves the right to deny any cashout request on suspicious grounds. Cashout should be done on the Primary Account holder?s name. If cashout is done on a different name, other than the primary account holder?s name, Ace2Three should be notified about it and Ace2Three reserves the right to accept/deny the request. Ace2Three may ask for an address or photo proof for any cashout request.
The address to which the cheque is to be delivered should be reachable to any logistic company that Ace2Three might use for its logistics. Ace2Three doesn?t take responsibility for loss of goods, cheque in logistics.

| 9. Intellectual Property |
| All rights, tangible and intangible with regard to the Game, Affiliate belong exclusively to Ace2Threeaffiliate.com and Ace2Threeaffiliates.com is merely permitting the User to play the game online and not use the same for any other commercial gains and no right of any nature whatsoever is being passed on the user by virtue of permitting him / her to play the Game. |
